Ok. Definitely not deluxe
Great location to get to my business office. Lovely walk to train. Nearby to local facilities and the fairground.
I would definitely not say deluxe. The toilet needs a deep clean The shower drain cannot handle the water flow and over flows. I had to stop the shower they drain before continuing. The electric socket in bathroom is hanging from the wall. Don’t use it as possibly dangerous. The crockery I had to wash before use as was dirty. Bedding. Sheets did not cover mattress It’s a shame as these are basic requirements and if resolved the apartment would be lovely.

Best location. Good Value.
2 toilets 2 bathrooms. Nice living room and kitchen with refrigerator.very big apartment. first floor with elevator.
The pick-up key is a hustle. must be more clear about it. the towels are very small. there were only 6 instead of 8. No air conditioner. I know it is hard or even impossible to find.

Good value for money
Nice decor through, the beds were comfortable. Apartment clean, bright, quiet at night. Overall good value for money.
Some details need attention: shower door does not close properly, it is leaking even when door is closed, but it is just a small thing. Keys need to be collected from another location, which might be a problem for some. Also, parking regulations in Vienna are not like anywhere else and there is no signs, so make yourself familiar with it to avoid fines.

We booked this apartment just for one night because there was a Harry Styles concert at the Ernst Happel Stadion (which is 3km away from the apartment so you can walk there but if you’re in a rush you can take a taxi. I recommend the Bolt app) The receptionist lady was very kind and she answered every question we had. The apartment was quite big and if you’re staying for longer it’s perfect.
The biggest problem was the bathroom. We couldn’t close the shower cabin’s door properly so there was water everywhere on the floor. We used our towels to dry it up. The sink was clogged and not cleaned properly. The wifi was not working at all.
